Richard came and recovered my vehicle, my dog and myself from the side of the motorway. Arrival was quick and communication was brilliant, it was my first time breaking down and he made me feel comfortable straight away. He was an absolute pleasure and made sure I was back safe. He is a credit to your company.

I cannot express the fantastic service we received from Shaun today.
He was sent to us to recover our hire van via the AA [that's another story]
When he arrived after speaking to him you could tell he was professional & very experienced.
After explaining it was best for us to call the garage he was taking us to we found out that AA hadn't booked us in, which left us extremely annoyed!
After this Shaun made a few phone calls to request permission to take us to our original destination which was granted.
I honestly cannot recommend him enough.
He really was our Angel today.

Last Thursday (Nov7) I called Angel Recovery for my cars rescue service and tow back to the service centre for call back and maintenance work.
There are two cars and the batteries are all dead. Therefore I explained to the customer service, Thomas and explained to him about my overall situation . At that moment I was in a position to request to jumpstart two cars and tow back to Reading. I asked for whether I am getting my two cars to Reading at the same time. He told me he would try his best to arrange.
Within a reasonable of time, the Angel Recovery arrived to my garage. I was shocked that the man drove a truck with a trailer behind. That meant he could take the two cars at the same time. It saved me a lot of time. Thomas came up and explained to me this solution and that I never thought of.
During the whole process, Thomas was so professional and experienced. Quickly the two cars were on the trailer. I also observed how he handled my GT4 so carefully when towing up the trailer. He is talented and knowledgeable. He demonstrated to me the cars were in good hands.
While we were on the way to Reading, I could feel this man, though looked young, but very skilful. He drove smoothly with this long trailer at ease.
Finally we arrived the Reading Service Centre on time.
I am so grateful for the time and hassle Thomas saved me.
He is so friendly and hardworking.
