I was recently assisted by a gentleman named Jodaine, and the service was outstanding. My day had started off very badly, but he completely turned it around with his swift response, cheerful conversation, and genuine kindness as he offered to buy me a bottle of water at the petrol station.
He carried out his recovery service to a top notch standard, and I felt fully supported throughout the whole situation.
I will definitely use this recovery company again if I ever need to.

A big thank you to Devon who efficiently and with great humour and reassurance recovered our sick Sharan and ourselves from close by the A406 near Barking on 20 October delivering us safely to home some distance from London. We also thank Angel Recovery for stepping into the breach when another company originally tasked by our breakdown coverage had been unable to reach us in a reasonable time. Great service.

Im so happy to leave this review to say thank to Kevin of Angel recovery. I got a puncture just as i was going onto the M1 to head north back to Liverpool, i phoned my breakdown service and they contacted Angel recovery who dispatched a recovery driver to my location, when the driver arrived he was so calm and within no time at all myself and my car was taken to the services. Kevin soon had my car off and jacked up then changed my wheel for the spare wheel, i was a little bit worried that i had damaged the suspension where I'd hit a pot hole so i asked Kevin if he could check it for me which he very kindly did and reassured me that there was no damage. Kevin is true Angel and i would like to sincerely express my gratitude to Angel recovery for sending Kevin to my rescue as he is a true hero.

I had an issue with a vehicle i had hired, the clutch pedal was stuck so i called my breakdown service provider and they arranged for Angel recovery to come to assist me, when the driver arrived who introduced himself as Kevin, he was very helpful, polite and very professional. Kevin soon resolved the issue and managed to get the clutch pedal working but as a precaution he arranged to follow me back to the hire company in case anything happened on the way, this was very appreciated so I would like to say a big thank you to Angel recovery and especially to Kevin for the fantastic service that was provided.

Thank you Kevin of Angel Recovery absolute super star, my car rear window was smashed whilst parked. Kevin arrived and recovered my car for safe storage and then it was arranged to be delivered to my home address which was also done by Kevin who was very polite and very professional yet again.
